Hwei Mian Lim is an independent consultant focusing on climate change, gender and climate finance based in Malaysia. She was a member of the inaugural Facilitative Committee of the WGC. Trained in public health and specialised in sexual and reproductive health and rights for more than two decades, she transitioned to climate change in 2020. She approaches climate change through a multi-disciplinary lens and intersectionality. Her areas of interest include writing articles/publications, providing analysis, interventions and advocating for gender inclusion and human rights especially related to Article 6, NDCs and GAP. She is also a Global South member of the GCF CSOs network.
