Anne Barre is a French feminist and international gender and climate solutions expert and mentor at WECF. She has a long expertise in UNFCCC negotiations and served as WGC representative in the CTCN Advisory Board and the First Global Stocktake process. She coordinated the WGC Gender Just Climate Solutions Programme for 10 years and focuses today on documenting and scaling the impact of the GJCS awardees community.
