MamaCash:

Letters of Intent due 31 March:

“Mama Cash mobilises resources from individuals and institutions, makes grants to these self-led, feminist organisations, and helps to build the partnerships and networks needed to successfully defend and advance women’s, girls’, trans and intersex people’s human rights globally.” 

Organizations with an annual budget of less than 200,000 Euros are eligible to apply for this funding.

BBVA Foundation Awards for Biodiversity Conservation

Applications due 31 March.

“The BBVA Foundation Awards for Biodiversity Conservation…publicly recognize[s] the work done by conservationist organizations, institutions and agencies in carrying forward environmental conservation policies and projects,…[including] projects, policies and/or activities that contribute outstandingly to the conservation and protection of habitats, species.”  Organizations in any country legally established before the year 2019 and that state activities relating to environmental and biodiversity conservation as part of their organizational purpose.are eligible to apply.

Women’s Fund Asia

Applications due 2 April.

“Women’s Fund Asia is a regional women’s fund, committed to supporting women, girls, trans, and intersex people led interventions to enhance and strengthen access to their human rights. We envision a peaceful and egalitarian region in which women, girls, trans, and intersex people’s participation, leadership, and enjoyment of all their human rights is ensured and secure.”

These two funding opportunities are for organizations from South Asia (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka), and East and Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam).

African Women’s Development Fund

Applications due 14 April.

“Our mission is to mobilise financial, human and material resources to support initiatives for transformation led by African women, women’s rights organisations and African women’s movements.”

All eligible women-led and women’s rights groups and organisations in Africa and parts of the Middle East (Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen) can apply for a grant in one or more of the thematic areas: economic security & justice, body & health rights, or leadership. participation, & peace.
